The Smith Girls

These two girls, are my favorites. Courtney and Michelle Smith. These are the sisters I lived with this year. And they are literally the most beautiful red heads I have ever seen. I'm daily jealous of there luscious hair. These gals decided to go on an adventure with me one Sunday. And this is what we came up with. Enjoy.

Carol & Todd Lippard: Engaged!

I always want to say just the right thing, to describe perfectly the love of couples I shoot. But I always fail. Luckily my talent is not in writing, but in capturing moments. These two are beyond lovely people. So caring, loving, and sharing. Thank you Carol and Todd for letting me share in these moments with you. Photographing you was easy, fun, and inspiring. 

Their love is made out of the real stuff. Kisses, laughter, and most of all unconditional love.

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day my lovelies! I love, love. Which I would say is a rather good thing, as its part of my job description. These two are my wonderful, amazing, and gorgeous friends. And they graciously volunteered to model for me. These two are real love birds... which I think is quiet obvious in the photos. I have never done a photo shoot with this many props- or  props at all. And I struggled.. haha you can ask them. 

So thank you Brittany and Brian. (yeah aren't there names cute together). I love both of you. 

And all of you lovely people who have followed my blog.

Second shooting.

I think I was born to be a second shooter. Yes someday I really do want to have my own Wedding Photography business. But for right now, I would love love love to just be the back up girl. The girl who gets to run around holding bouquets, and umbrellas. Snapping shots from a different angle. And capturing moments like this.
These two are HILARIOUS, and I couldn't help but post these ones- because they are kind of my favorites.

Brittany & Stuart Monson: Married!

Okay, so this post is literally a month late. And my only excuse is that I had no pressure. This is my best friend Brittany (now Monson), and her husband Stuart. I really got to know Stuart when I took their engagements, and it was so much fun. So I'm not sure why I was so surprised when their wedding day was just as much fun. I was asked to get one shot to print right away and have at the reception, so that is what I did...well and I took a few more. So it was pressure free, and just loads of fun.
Here are my favorites of the two, all lovely and married.
Congrats you two. I love you and I'm beyond happy for you. Can't wait till you start having babies!! :)

Emily Schild

This is my dear friend, neighbor, and fellow nutella enthusiast. Emily Schild. Love this girl.
We decided to take some photos for her loved one. And it was so much fun!! We even had a lovely assistant. Which was excellent since it was raining the ENTIRE time. Luckily we were able to keep Emily dry, but me and Carol were a little damp. So grateful to have Carol to hold the umbrella over my camera. This was a fun challenge for me, and I'm SO happy with the results. Take a look...

A Very Late Merry Christmas.

Family Photographer, aka me. Struggles with a Tripod. Luckily it was our "awkward family photo" that I somehow knocked completely off center. Hopefully it just adds to the awkward mess of it all.
